Frozen Fog

Once in a while we have an interesting weather pattern come through our neighborhood. It gets really foggy in the late evening and then the fog freezes all over the trees. The look is amazing. Unfortunately the sun came out well before my camera did but I still got a few shots. I will post a few here and the rest on our photo site. Have a great day!!

It's Soccer Time

Well, something interesting about Colorado. Apparently people here do not care about the weather because they start soccer the first week of March. Which happens to be the snowiest month of the year on average. So, Saturday we were at the fields at 8:30am and it was a brisk 29 degrees. Are you kidding me? Our children had on so many layers they could not put their arms down! Victoria is playing on a preschool team so she can play with her friend Kallan, they do not play with goalies and her team dominated the field. Madison's team is playing together for the first time and they played a team that had been together for 4 years so they did not fair quite as well, but they had a really fun time. Next week I am bringing my thermos of cocoa for sure!!!
